Aplodent Cold powder 500g

Aplodent Cold is a cold polymerization acrylic material intended for repairs of removable complete and partial dentures, acrylic parts of frame dentures and acrylic orthodontic appliances.

Colors:

• 0 – colorless.
• V26 – pink veined.
• V27 – pink veined Plus.
• T41 – pink D30.

Advantages:

• Short waiting time to start work.
• Fast polymerization in only 10 minutes.
• The same range of colors as in Aplodent Hot guarantees high aesthetics of the repair.
• Contains only organic pigments and does not contain cadmium.

Technical data:

• Mixing proportions: 10 g powder / 7 ml liquid.
• Dough shelf life: approx. 10 minutes. (at 23°C).
• Polymerization time: minimum 10 min - 55°C 2 bar.
• Breaking strength: > 60* MPa.
• Solubility: < 8* µg/mm3.
• Sorption: < 32* µg/mm3.
